High compaction pressure
Low: Total machine height just over 2m
Electric: quiet & free from hydraulics
Constant Pressure: Locks pressing plate in place
Easy-open: User-friendly door for simple loading
The Electric E619 is a high capacity electro-mechanical baler that is ideal for large volumes of waste cardboard and plastic packaging. It has a large door opening that facilitates large boxes or bags of plastic packaging, and the spindle-driven pressing plate compacts material with up to 25 tons of pressing force. Eight hooks are built into the walls of the chamber to hold compacted material in place. With a total height of just 2.07m, the E619 can be installed in most locations and, operating at approximately 65 decibels, operates relatively quietly without interrupting the working environment. The control system for the E619 electric baler is a simple and modern design. In addition, the normal pressing cycle, it can also be set to 'auto-start' or to 'constant pressure', which locks the pressing plate in place to further compact material, without additional electrical use.In accordance with EN16500 safety standards, the E619 features a magnetic safety switch, inductive sensors and additional safety elements to ensure user safety.
Mil-tek E619 is easy to operate. Open the top door and fill the chamber. To activate, simply close the door, and push the start button. When the blue button is illuminated, the baler is ready to bale out. Tie the bale, and use the automated bale out feature to eject the finished bale from the E619.
A Mil-tek technician will conduct the installation, ensuring your E619 is optimally placed. It requires a 3-phase electrical connection.
The doors of E619 feature two hydraulic arms for easy opening and the wide door opening allows for easy loading of large boxes.
The E619 can be started manually via the simple control panel or can be set to automatically start when the door closes. Refer to the user manual for detailed instructions
Dual motors activate the spindles, which rotate, winding down the pressing plate. This also facilitates locking out the pressing plate (the Stay'n hold feature') without any further use of electricity. The pressing plate is trapezoid-shaped to prevent buckling.
Yes it is. All Mil-tek balers are designed to adhere strictly to EN16500 standards. Furthermore, Mil-tek has ISO14001 and ISO9001 certification.
The E619 has specific requirements for banding, both in the length and breadth of the banding. The machine requires 16mm banding, which comes in custom cut 200m rolls. If you're in doubt, contact your Mil-tek representative for clarification.
Hold down the blue button for 10 seconds until the light blinks. 1 blink means the feature is activated, two blinks means it is deactivated. For detailed instructions, refer to your user manual.
The E619 baler is ideal for large retailers who handle large volumes of plastic and cardboard packaging waste.
The low height and low noise allow for easy installation and use, and the wide door opens easily to allow for loading of large boxes and large volumes of plastic.
The E619 is an ideal solution for warehouses and locations that do not have an existing source of compressed air.
At just 65dB(A), the E619 operates quietly E619 without using hydraulics. The wide door opening means that it can easily handle large volumes of packaging waste to maximize on-site segregation and recycling.
The E619 is suitable for manufacturers and food producers handling large volumes of packaging waste.
The low machine height and the fact that it operates without hydraulics makes the E619 suitable for hygiene sensitive facilities that do not have a ready access to compressed air.
