One machine to compact cardboard and plastic
The fast cycle and continuous loading allow for rapid compacting and up to two recycle-ready bales per hour. The open top can be adapted to automate a continuous flow of waste cardboard, maximizing the speed and efficiency of the operation.
With 60.000kg of pressing force, the Mil-tek HZT600 vertical baler is designed for heavy and continuous baling in companies with a high amount of cardboard, plastic, and packaging waste.
The horizontal baler produces mill-sized bales, that can be sent directly to a mill for final recycling. When on full output, the HZT600 can produce two 450kg bales of cardboard or plastic per hour.
The horizontal baler is loaded from the top through a large opening, that also acts as a holding area for material, so even when the machine is baling it is still possible to load material into it. But with a pressing cycle of only 28 seconds waiting time is not an issue.
The HZT600 has sensors that allow for fully automated pressing until the loading area is empty.
